At the beginning of 2017, after several months of efforts, SAC Attorneys LLP succeeded in assisting client to complete an acquisition for a testing and certification company that worth tens of millions of dollars.

SAC Attorneys LLP represents an international testing and certification company headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, which is acquired by the world’s largest testing and certification group. Our client is the leading provider of testing and certification services, especially in the field of telecommunications equipment. Our client has five laboratories in the US and Asia, providing one-stop access to telecommunications products in all major markets around the world. So far, more than 850 customers in more than 50 countries have chosen our client’s service.

In this challenging transaction, the client has a number of offshore companies and cross-border subsidiaries, so it contains complex corporate governance structure.
